Ning & Xander : Utrecht Engagement Photography

Their story began way back in 2002 when they first met in Singapore. Xander was working there while for Ning, Singapore is her hometown. As Xander had to go back to Holland, they forcedfully had to break up. But love was way too strong for the two of them, Ning moved to Holland and now they are inseparable.

We shoot this in the pretty Juliana Park in Utrecht, just casually walking down the park trying to find nook and crannies with pretty light. They told me more about their stories and pretty much everything else under the sun. And although Ning said that Xander is camera shy but I somehow I didn’t believe it. I mean look at them together so cute. The weather that day was perfect it made my job easier. As we ended the shoot, I confidently said that we nailed the shoot and yes, Ning and Xander, I can’t wait for your wedding in two weeks!

These were shots in the first 5 minutes of ‘camera warming up’ and boy did they nail it.

Give me some good ol’ sun flare anytime.

From afar we thought this chicken was a small puppy.

Xander, who knew you had that hidden model talent eh?

Sweet :)

Ah can’t the two of you be any cuter?

Since Ning is also a dancer, so they were happily danced away.

Just perfect.

Sneak Peek : Utrecht Engagement Photography

Today is a holiday in Holland but I don’t think that’s an excuse not to tease you with this sneak peek of last weekend engagement session of this cute couple. Stay tuned later this week for the whole story.

On Being Mia and Where I’ve Been

Yes I’m back from my long 2 months Indonesia trip. I know I said that I would update the blog here and then but I couldn’t. Not only the internet was still slow, at least the one I had was. But also who wants to be glued to their computer if these views were around. So yes I took digital sabbatical unconciously but I didn’t regret that sometimes you just need to be and enjoy things around you.

But fear no more I’m back and be ready to read (or view) my trip from Jakarta – Bandung – Semarang – Surabaya – Madura – Gresik – Malang – Denpasar.
